                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   EXTEND THE CONTRACT WITH DERTHICK, HENLEY & 
                   WILKERSON, RELATIVE TO SERVICES TO BE 
                   PERFORMED AT THE BESSIE SMITH HALL, FOR AN 
                   AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED NINE THOUSAND AND 
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($9,000.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to extend the 
       Contract with Derthick, Henley & Wilkerson, relative to services 
       to be performed at the Bessie Smith Hall, for an amount not to 
       exceed $9,000.00.
